Kiwanis Club of Atmore

We are so excited that a new Kiwanis Club is opening in Atmore and that children in this community will benefit from the committed volunteers who become Charter Members of this new club. They will shape how it is established and what projects in the community it supports. We would love for you to be a part of that.

We will have a team of Kiwanis leaders from throughout the State in Atmore on July 13-14th to briefly meet with community members who want to be a part of making a difference. Would you like to hear more? We’d love to schedule a time to stop by and share with you. Email Club Opener Paul England and he’d be glad to set up a convenient time. You might know others who’d be great volunteers- share this with them. We will conclude the two-day Club Opening Event with an Informational Meeting on Thursday, July 14th at 5:30 PM at United Bank in Atmore. Bring a friend and learn more. This is going to be a great club and it is going to have a huge impact. #kidsneedkiwanis Like Us on Facebook to stay updated: facebook.com/atmorekiwanis Help u spread the word!

Kiwanis International is a global community of clubs, members, and partners dedicated to improving the lives of children one community at a time. Today, we stand with more than 550,000 members from K-Kids to Key Club to Kiwanis and many ages between in 80 countries and geographic areas. Each community has different needs, and Kiwanis empowers members to pursue creative ways to serve the needs of children, such as fighting hunger, improving literacy, and offering guidance.

Kiwanis clubs host nearly 150,000 service projects each year.

Below is the New Member Application Form. Please complete this and return it to Club Opener Paul England. A Charter Member Dues Payment of $45 will also be due. This can be paid via a check made out to the Alabama District of Kiwanis or submitted via PayPal to: paypal.me/alkiwanis (Select Send and enter $45). It is important to note that the Kiwanis fiscal year starts in October and that this is a prorated amount of the annual $150/year dues. Each club also determines how meals and payments for such are handled.
